What is Arthroscopy?
Arthroscopy (key-hole surgery) is a minimally invasive procedure used to view, diagnose, and treat joint problems. Through small incisions, a thin tube with a camera and surgical instruments is inserted into the joint, allowing for precise diagnosis and treatment. We provide arthroscopy services for knee, shoulder, elbow and wrist.

Most conditions can be managed without surgery. You may not even need a surgery in the first place. While most common joint problems can be managed with key-hole surgery, Some conditions will still need open surgery and some conditions are done arthroscopic assisted (arthroscopy + mini-open). Visit your doctor to know more about your diagnosis and to discuss treatment options.
Key Points to Remember
- Consult a Specialist : A qualified orthopedic surgeon can accurately diagnose your condition and recommend the best treatment plan.
- Consider Non-Surgical Options : Physical therapy, medication, and lifestyle modifications may be sufficient for some conditions.
- Weigh the Risks and Benefits : Discuss the potential risks, benefits, and alternatives to surgery with your doctor.
- Ask Questions : Don't hesitate to ask your doctor any questions you may have about your condition and treatment options.
By working closely with your healthcare provider, you can make informed decisions about your knee health and choose the best course of action for your specific needs.
